• Xeretec returns to IP Expo to drive print and digital documentation transformation

        • Xeretec will return to IP Expo Manchester (25th – 28th April, Manchester Central) where its team of Managed Print Service, Security and Solutions experts will demonstrate the role that its digital print hardware, software and solution offerings can play in helping businesses on their path to digital transformation.

With GDPR coming into force on 25th May, Xeretec will outline how the intelligent print management solutions it offers, combined with the knowledge and guidance of its experienced consultants, can help organisations honour their GDPR and other security-related obligations from a print and document workflow perspective. These range from secure print solutions – which help prevent sensitive documents from being left unclaimed on print devices – to print audit, tracking and redaction capabilities. To further help companies on their path to compliance, Xeretec has created a series of Meet the Experts blogs that provide an organisation-wide perspective on the subject, providing advice and knowledge.

Marino Keith, MPS Operations Manager said, “IP Expo is increasingly seen as a key business technology event for exhibitors and visitors alike. It provides us with an ideal platform to explain how the technology solutions we offer can help businesses drive collaboration, productivity and efficiency, with the assurance that their documents, devices and workflows are adhering to security best practice. Given that document workflows increasingly underpin and connect many different departments and applications within a business, it is imperative that organisations capture, store and share physical and electronic documents as efficiently and securely as possible.”

Visitors to the Xeretec stand at IP Expo Manchester will be able to see and experience intelligent print and document solutions including Output Manager and AutoStore. They will demonstrate how Output Manager offers control of the whole document, including the ability to prohibit the printing of restricted documents while providing an audit trail. Xeretec will also show how the AutoStore - an enterprise data capture solution - orchestrates the secure delivery of paper, electronic documents and data into business applications from a wide range of capture points.

Visitors will also be able to evaluate Xeretec’s internally-developed range of data-driven measurement tools and software offerings which have been designed to support print assessments, device and user analytics. These include Xeretec Pulse, which provides detailed device analytics, to maximise efficiency and productivity.

From a device perspective, visitors to the Xeretec stand will also have a chance to assess the recently launched Xerox Altalink 8045, an A3 multifunction printer that boasts a 10" colour, customisable tablet-like user interface. Powerful and scalable from the most simple to the most demanding office applications, it features Xerox ConnectKey Technology. This makes it the centre of a productivity ecosystem, bringing together all devices to deliver an intuitive user experience, providing mobile and cloud connectivity, complete security and access to value extending services.
