Vimeo extends Exertis partnership into Europe

Exertis has extended its partnership with video solution provider Vimeo to cover the whole of Europe, after a successful relationship in North America.

Vimeo’s enterprise platform provides businesses with a range of functional and security solutions for video and content management. The multiple features of Vimeo Enterprise enable customers to live stream for internal events and communications, webinars, video monetization, as well as allowing for the sharing and distribution of video content either in a closed group, or publishing to a wider audience.

Vimeo license holders can benefit from security features, the ability to add bandwidth and users, update existing apps, password-protected content, advert-free video, and Vimeo Interactive – a capability that integrates a choice of relevant videos for the viewer to choose the content they need, which can be a great tool for resellers.

Resellers will be able to join the Vimeo Partner Scheme through their Exertis account manager, bringing a cloud subscription service for their customers; as well as Partner Stack deal registration, how-to guides, and access to the Vimeo pre-sales team to support qualified opportunities.

Derek McDonald, Global Director of Channel Sales at Vimeo said, “partnering with Exertis has enabled us to reach customers with success across North America, and now, thanks to its distribution reach, we’re excited to extend our unique offering into Europe. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Exertis and utilising its value on top of our professional video management tools, to allow businesses to boost the power of their communications through our video solutions.”

The functionality of the Vimeo platform is bespoke to each customer’s specifications based on the license package selected.

Rik Hubbard, Commercial Director at Exertis added, “We always aim to provide new and innovative technology to our customers which will provide real business and commercial value, so it’s thrilling to be able to launch Vimeo Enterprise across Europe. We look forward to continuing to work closely with such an exciting company and broaden the number of customers who can benefit from this unique and immersive video solution.”
