Vantage has grown as a result of migrations from Service Accent to Vantage Online. The new demand has led Vantage to expand its implementation team by bringing on-board Simon York as the new Implementation Project Manager.
Simon has twelve years of project management and customer relations under his belt and is experienced in helping clients to implement different software systems. He has previously worked with Universities, hospital, contractors, and theatres.
Simon hopes to continue to help improve Vantage’s working practices, so that its clients experience quality service each and every time. Simon’s strengths include project management, report writing and data imports, which he’ll be able to put to use with Vantage’s reporting tool.
He said, “I was particularly attracted to this role due to the great bunch of people at the company, using excellent software, working towards success. I wanted to be able to make a real impact on the company and be able to help in the next phase of Vantage’s growth. The software and mobile app instantly appealed to me, particularly the ease of use.”
Clients who have migrated, or who are in the process of migrating to Vantage Online include: Faxco, Sharples Group, Irelands largest Xerox Premier Partner, Equipment Rentals & Sales, and Sandham Office Services. Vantage has also received new business from its competitors, such as Join-IT in Hertfordshire, Xpert Digital in Potters Bar, and Jasmine Document Solutions based in Aberdeen.
