Antalis is calling on the UK and Ireland’s print and design community to ‘step right up’ as it declares The Review 2018 Design & Print Awards officially open for entries.
Following on from the success of last year’s ‘Make Your Mark’ themed event, this year Antalis will host an exclusive circus-inspired awards evening, which will take place on 18th September at Circus London. Category awards up for grabs this year include Best Direct Mail, Best Corporate Brochures and Best Luxury Retail Packaging.
Now in its 27th year, The Antalis Review is designed to reward those who have created exceptional print work using Antalis media. Every piece of work entered is judged by a panel of industry experts and all finalists are invited to the awards event and are published in The Antalis Review book, with winners receiving The Antalis Review Award trophy.
Emma Oliver, Creative Papers Product Manager at Antalis said, “the Review has become a major highlight of the industry calendar since its inception back in 1991, providing a unique platform for us to come together and celebrate those truly exceptionally talented printers and designers who continue to go the extra mile with their creative concepts.
“This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a decadent circus themed ceremony planned at one of London’s hottest spots. The awards are now officially open for entries so now is the time to ‘step right up’ and show us what you’ve got.”
Entrants are invited to submit design pieces that have been printed on Antalis’ paper stock from now until 29th June 2018, which is the official closing date for entries.
The confirmed categories for the Antalis Review Awards 2018 are:
· Reports – Annual/Interim
· Corporate Brochures
· Direct Mail / Stationary / Greetings Cards
· Catalogues / Books
· Retail – Luxury Packaging and POS
Last year’s winners included The Office of Optimism in the Overall Best in Design category for ‘The White Review No 19’, printed by the Push Print on Olin Regular Natural White. Also winning the Overall Best in Print category was Gavin Martin Colournet for ‘Embassy Gardens Property Books’, as designed by Jaques Vanzo.
