Tech Data has achieved Cisco Customer Experience Specialisation in the UK, having demonstrated its ability to support partners in delivering positive business outcomes for customers.
The accomplishment is a further demonstration of Tech Data’s deep technical expertise in Cisco technologies and its ability to fully support partners across the full lifecycle of solutions delivery, from initial consultancy through to implementation and the provision of managed services.

A number of technical accreditations must be achieved to attain the Customer Experience Specialisation. Tech Data was also required to demonstrate its capability to support the entire solution's lifecycle on Cisco technologies and to help reseller partners achieve positive business outcomes for their end-user customers.
In addition, Tech Data provides pre-shipment configuration and testing on Cisco UCS data centre and networking systems at its UK configuration centre – the only UK location to hold a Cisco Level 6 Accreditation.
