SPOT extends notice of intention

Following the recent statement from the SPOT Group, announcing that a notice of intention to appoint Administrators has been filed for OfficeTeam Ltd and Spicers Ltd, the Board has now approved an extension to the notice of intention. This will protect the business for a further 10 business days, allowing ongoing discussion with a third party. The extension will allow the group to hopefully complete negotiation for a successful outcome for all stakeholders, including creditors while securing a large number of jobs.

While under the notice of intention, both Spicers Ltd and Office Team Ltd continue to trade as normal.
