Spicers and Exertis team up with Prima for duo of UGM's

Prima Software teamed up with Spicers and Exertis Supplies respectively, last week, to host two further regional user group meetings.

As part of Prima's ongoing drive to engage with dealers, the regional user group meetings introduce new enhanced features, gain development feedback and tap into the knowledge of other dealers and of course, the Prima team.

The Midlands user group meeting was held at Spicers DDC in Birmingham where the wholesaler shared details of its latest marketing initiatives with the group in between the Prima sessions.

The day started with Prima's UK & Ireland Account Manager, Oliver Rowles doing an interactive presentation on all of the new Prima features, including a demonstration of the brand new Prima Proof of Delivery App and enhanced automated reporting. The next session was a web-based session, showing recent updates to the PrimaGO store and the PrimaEDGE corporate website offering. Following a presentation from hosts, Spicers, a networking lunch was followed by a presentation of Prima's development roadmap. The day finished with an open discussion, providing dealers with the opportunity to ask questions and present enhancement ideas to the Prima team.

Caroline Fulls, Office Manager, Scribble & Ink said, "thank you Team Prima for another really valuable Prima day – we've come away with lots of things to implement and think on. It was great to get updated on all the developments that we're not yet using, look at what's in store for future release and  benefit from conversation and practical tips from other dealers, as well as individual time with you guys. Would thoroughly recommend it for every dealer, guarantee they'll come away with something that will improve their business. Looking forward to the next one."

On Friday Exertis Supplies hosted Prima and a group of dealers at its Elland Headquarters for the Northern user group meeting. The day also involved a tour of the recently extended Exertis Supplies distribution centre and one to one sessions with the Exertis account managers. The day followed the same agenda as the Midlands UGM.

James Tissington, Company Director, Worrall Business Supplies added, "thanks to you guys once again for the user group meeting. It was a really useful day, always helpful to meet other dealers and discuss how we each use the software. Great to see the innovative new ideas that come from the developing team, and also as a dealer to be involved in finding ways to improve Prima software further. Thanks once again, keep up the good work."

The next Prima User Group Meeting will be in Dublin on 7th June followed by London in September. If you are interested in coming along, please contact Prima on training@primasoftware.co.uk.
