Sharp announces ‘Connect Partner of the Year’ for 2021

Sharp UK has named Avenue UK as this year's Connect Partner of the Year - an award that recognises the achievements made by Sharp partners who are delivering exceptional services for customers.

Based in Kent, Avenue UK specialises in procurement consultancy and supports businesses of all shapes and sizes to reduce costs. The company has been working with Sharp as part of the Connect Partner programme for more than two years and has contributed to securing significant contract wins in that time.

The Connect Partner programme was established by Sharp in 2018 to widen its offering with organisations that provide services that complement Sharp's portfolio. Today, Sharp has 15 Connect Partners working across a wide variety of areas and services, including Managed Print, IT, Document Processing, Archiving, Office Products & Consultancy.

Simon Warnes, Director of Sharp Connect said, "Avenue UK is a completely deserving winner and I am pleased to name our Connect Partner of the Year for 2021. We have been delighted with the progress Avenue UK has enjoyed since joining the Connect Partner programme in October 2018. The Avenue UK team has fully embraced the programme and has helped bring in plenty of business opportunities across our key markets.

"Sharp is committed to further develop the Connect Partner programme, provide the best possible services for partners to benefit from, and extend our offering to ensure we are best placed to match any customer's business needs."

Mike Jennings, Owner of Avenue UK added, "We are delighted to be named Sharp's Connect Partner of the Year for 2021. It has been a pleasure to work with Sharp through the Connect Partner programme over the past two-and-a-half years. We are looking forward to further developing our partnership and contributing to new opportunities in the IT sector soon."
