Ricoh named as a leader for MPS and MCS in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant

Ricoh has been positioned as a leader for a sixth consecutive year by the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Print and Content Services Worldwide.

The magic Quadrant research methodology positions four types of technology provides including leaders, visionaries, niche players, and challengers. Ricoh believes that it's leadership positioning has come about thanks to their high customer focus and single, customisable MPS plan.
