PRODUCTS NEWS:
Ricoh is introducing the new A3 black and white MP 6503SP, MP 7503SP and MP 9003SP Smart Multi-Function Printer models, which offer businesses the opportunity to improve efficiency, raise productivity and boost creativity whilst effectively managing printing and energy costs.
Designed for fast-paced businesses with non-stop print and document management requirements, all three models use Ricoh's new Smart Operation Panel. The panel can be tailored to provide access to most commonly used print, copy and scan functions through one-touch icons. The panel can also be upgraded with new functions by installing apps that extend the MFP's capabilities.
Suzanne Racz, Ricoh Europe Senior Product Manager said, "these powerful A3 black and white MFPs can be relied on no matter how big the job, and empower you to be more imaginative and creative in how you communicate with staff and customers. With Ricoh's Smart Operation Panel at their heart, these machines enable people to deliver to the maximum, and spend less time getting to high quality results. All in all, these devices can help you revolutionise your business's working style."
Ricoh's document scanning, distribution and management software also offers the possibility to expand the functionality of the machine, enabling customers to scan and save documents in full colour directly to email, portable media or internal folders to speed up workflow. These MFPs can further be operated via smartphones and tablets, using secure NFC, Bluetooth or internet connectivity, enabling access and printing from virtually any location.
All of the devices feature finishers and a multi-folding unit which can prepare documents in a variety of styles, including tri-fold, gatefold and four-fold. There is also a choice of three different print speeds to suit businesses of all sizes and all contain a fast-start Human Detection Sensor, meaning they automatically prepare for action when you approach.
