Prima hosts first GROWTHFACTOR-e event

On Thursday 12th May over 130 industry professionals attended Prima’s first GROWTHFACTOR-e event held at The Hilton, Liverpool.

The event began with a welcome introduction by Marketing Director, Rob Harper, followed by presentations by Customer Service Director, Steve Dennis and CS Manager, Oliver Rowles. The objective of the presentation was to help move dealers closer to the contactless order process.

The morning presentations continued with Development Co-ordinator, Gary Fletcher discussing the benefits of Prima Marketplace and its future role in helping Prima customers expand and diversify their product ranges. Onboarding Director, Rob Polvani, continued with a presentation about Prima’s new enhancement porta, providing information about how prima users can play a part in defining the future development of their software.

The final GROWTHBYTES session was delivered by MD, Ian Buckley. The presentation outlined the future roadmap and how the company plans to bring together Prima ERP, BI Reporting, Data, e-Commerce, Mobile App, and API Integrations, to complete the ‘Circle for Success.’

The afternoon Marketplace exhibition allowed Prima users to build on new and existing relationships, with over 20 suppliers featuring products and services ranging from Furniture, Workwear, and Educational to SEO, e-Mail Marketing, and Advanced Reporting Integrations.

The final presentation of the day was by Dawn Roberts of Outperform Training. Dawn’s unique and personable style provided a motivational and engaging training session.

The event concluded with an evening of dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Attendees were entertained by a magician, a live performance by X-Factor finalist and Dancing on Ice star, Ray Quinn, followed by Sports impressionist, Darren Farley.

Ian Buckley, MD said, “seeing dealers and suppliers so engaged and enthusiastic was such a massive inspiration. I believe such positivity shows that the industry is again willing to embrace change and build for the future.”

Rob Harper, Marketing Director added, "after the past couple of years, we were keen to put something on for our customers, a thank you for their continued support. We were keen to bring everyone together, deliver informative content that they can take back to implement into their business and provide the opportunity for our users to meet our team, get to know each other, and have some fun. We'd never put on anything of this scale before but following the very positive feedback we've received from customers, suppliers, and guests, we're now excited for GROWTHFACTOR-e 23 and we’re sure it will be bigger and better. Watch this space."
