On 13th September Prima hosted the biggest UGM of 2018 at the impressive Vicarage Road, home of Watford FC. Over 20 delegates came along to pick up Prima tips, exchange ideas and discuss solutions to the everyday challenges faced by dealers, and of course find out what Prima are doing to help our dealers.
UK & Ireland Customer Account Manager, Oli Rowles kicked off the day with a training session on key features in Prima, an exercise designed to ensure that dealers are maximising their use of the software and even picking up tips on how they can tweak current processes to improve efficiencies further.
Oli followed up on this with an introduction to the new features added in the latest Prima release, which include bulk purchasing, automated catalogue importing, hassle-free shortages, new sales and purchase analysis reports and the eagerly anticipated proof of delivery app. All of the features were warmly received by the customers, which was no surprise as the enhancements were hot off the customer requests list.
Customer Service Director, Steve Dennis closed off the morning’s proceedings with an insightful look into Prima’s product development roadmap. Unlike other software providers in the industry, Prima are fully committed to ongoing development and continue to invest heartily into growing the development team. Forthcoming features on this road map include advanced sales vs gaps reporting, rebate management, customisable Email signatures, and loyalty schemes & voucher codes.
