Premier Paper has teamed up with Semaphore Display to help say thank you to the NHS with a graphic installation at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.
Christian Williams, Group Operations Director at Semaphore Display (South Wales supplier of signage), wanted to show the company's appreciation for the NHS and came up with the idea. He manufactured the job himself and printed the graphics through a Roland TrueVis VG-640 on a Print & Cut programme. To finish, he laminated with an exterior GU370 Ultra-Gloss Laminate.
Christian said, "we discussed this with our long-standing client, and decided to progress the project supporting our client with the design, production & installation of the graphics free of charge. I contacted Brad from the Premier Display Graphics team, who we have worked with for a number of years, for support with the cost of the material and he supplied free of charge.
"This is a very difficult and unprecedented time for everyone, and we wanted to show our gratitude to the people who are risking their lives to help others. We are extremely proud to work with our long-standing client, The Wales Millennium Centre. Donating a more personal, and special message to take pride of place at the Entrance of their landmark building."
Premier Paper supported Semaphore Display by providing stocks of Rijet 100 in a gloss white finish and removable adhesive; completely free of charge.
Rijet 100 is a comprehensive selection of 100 micron, monomeric digital print vinyl available in a choice of gloss white, matt white and gloss clear finishes that are compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, latex and UV ink technologies. Rijet 100 is available from Premier Paper with various adhesive options including permanent, removable, black opaque, hi-grip, airflow and dot form. Rijet 100 can be over laminated, for best results the Premier Display Graphics team recommend using the fully compatible Ritrama Monomeric 4 year over laminating film.
Brad West, Display Graphics Business Development Manager at Premier added, "these are unprecedented times and our NHS staff are doing an amazing job. We're proud to be able to show our support in any way that we can."
