Pax8, a cloud commerce marketplace, has opened a new office at The Distillery in Bristol. The opening of the Bristol office is designed to continue the growth that the business has accomplished over the past two years across EMEA and provide a space for employees to work comfortably and efficiently.
Having achieved 800 per cent growth within one year of setting up operations in the city, Pax8 is committed to hiring and developing local talent within the region, and the new office in The Distillery will champion that as the biggest commercial investment in Bristol for Q2 of this year.
Pax8’s Bristol office has been designed with employee flexibility as a priority. The office comes equipped with multipurpose break-out rooms, boardrooms, and spaces designed specifically to support well-being. These amenities will support Pax8’s ethos to encourage diversity in the workplace from recruitment to staff retention.
John Street, CEO, and Founder of Pax8 said, “it’s such an exciting time for Pax8 as we continue to expand across EMEA. Our presence in Bristol has opened so many doors to our success, and those prospects will only continue to grow with our fantastic new office. We also look forward to welcoming our partners and vendors to the space, which will generate further opportunities for collaboration and creativity in the Channel.”
Chloe Cameron, Chief People Officer, at Pax8 EMEA added, “Pax8 places a high value on diversity and inclusion at every level of the business. In the new office, we’re creating an environment to foster a high-performing team culture that celebrates the individual, allowing our colleagues to be their authentic selves and perform at their best.”
