OfficeTeam has announced the acquisition of ZenOffice Limited.
This is the 40th acquisition completed by OfficeTeam and looks to re-emerge the company as a natural home for dealers wishing to sell their business. It also reinforces the support Better Capital provide to OfficeTeam and the wider SPOT Group, providing opportunity for the future.
Les Kerr, Zen’s CEO said, “we are delighted to have completed on the transaction with OfficeTeam. Zen is best known for being strong in the MPS market, having won the Xerox Gold Concessionaire Partner of the Year for the second time. The company also has grown in business supplies solutions, providing its customer base a one stop shop for all consumable, capital and infrastructure requirements.
