Office Power has won an ECMOD Award for significant developments to its CRM platform. The team have been awarded Best Exploitation of Technology for their CRM tools for the fourth year running, having previously won the award for its pricing tools in 2018.
The Best Exploitation of Technology (sales up to £25m – B2B) category was won by Office Power for its latest release of advanced CRM tools, designed to help dealers prioritise and prospect better within their existing customer base, acquire new customers more effectively and grow their businesses. The tools are set to help dealers overcome the challenges surrounding acquisition and retention of customers in the B2B office supplies space.
Mark Gibbard, Office Power CTOsaid, “the development of the latest tools to help sell to existing customers smarter and more effectively, as well as maximise the opportunities from new customers has already had a significant impact on us and our dealer partners. Office Power’s new CRM tool is the futuristic merging of data science and technology. Using data science, we have been able to predict to very high accuracy whether a customer will be ‘high-value’ at the time of their first order, we then automated this prediction to enable our Dealer Partners to act quickly on this valuable customer signal. Our new CRM platform also uses other bespoke clustering and behavioural algorithms to alert our Dealer Partners to other customer signals and provides advanced filters so they can efficiently manage and grow large customer bases.”
Simon Drakeford, Office Power CEO added, “we are absolutely delighted to have won this prestigious award for the fourth year running. We are continuously looking to evolve and improve the support we offer dealers in growing their businesses in this competitive market. Winning The Best Exploitation of Technology once again is a significant achievement which affirms that the investments we put into our platform year after year are highly valuable, and will benefit our dealer partners for years to come.”
