Office Power named Service Provider of the Year at The BOSS Awards

Office Power has won the 'Service Provider of the Year' accolade at this year's BOSS Industry Awards. The award ceremony was held at the Tower Guoman Hotel in London last Thursday (30th November), and hosted by TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith.

Office Power combines a bespoke technology platform and dedicated trading and support team to help office supplies dealers grow their businesses, giving them more time and increased profitability.

Simon Drakeford, CEO, Office Power said, "we continuously work on improving our technology and service levels. Metrics we use to measure the success of our service include dealer customer Net Promoter Scores, dealer customer satisfaction scores, average dealer GM, estimated dealer time saved, average annual dealer growth rate and average dealer net profit increase. We're proud to say that our dealers show industry leading results across all these KPIs through the use of our technology and support and we're delighted to be recognised for that.

"We're pleased to bring home a BOSS Industry Award for the second consecutive year. It is a testament to the passion, energy and dedication of the team, coupled with significant ongoing investment in our technology, which is driving the impressive growth in this business."
