Office Depot has invested in new technology to launch a new UK website for Viking, providing businesses with a more efficient and effective user experience.
The new home for office products boasts a cleaner appearance and is compatible across all devices, including smartphones, tablets and desktops. Visitors can take advantage of a more detailed search function which includes filter menus, product identification and personal shopping lists, while Nectar Business points available for UK customers.
Developed using SAP Commerce Cloud’s eCommerce platform, the significant investment will ensure Viking’s 1.2 million small and medium-sized customers will be able to find everything they need for their offices. Supported by its parent company, AURELIUS, Office Depot Europe is significantly investing in eCommerce across its businesses and initial findings show positive trends in orders, conversion rates and average order value, to name a few.
