Office Friendly has launched a refreshed identity, better reflecting who Office Friendly is as an organisation and how it fits within the industry today.
At the recent Office Friendly Entrepreneurs Experience conference back in October, the group gave a preview of the new identity, explaining how the timing aligns with the new era and the next phase of Office Friendly's development. The dealer group has moved forward with greater diversification in products and services, expansion in the Office Friendly community, and is in the final planning stages of new investments and initiatives that will benefit the community.
Jeanette Bresitz, Office Friendly’s Managing Director said, “with so much progression at the group in recent years, it was the right time to bring our identity in line with our fresh ideas and outlook.” She added, “The team and board are currently working on many new ideas and refining our current services, so it fits well with our outlook for the future.”
Office Friendly recognises each dealer member’s business as unique. Each has a dedicated Business Development Manager who works with each business to understand their plans, needs, and challenges, where they build tailored plans to support their specific business objectives.
Alex Stone, Office Friendly’s Head of Sales added, “it’s clear to see that the way we’ve transitioned as a business post-COVID and our service proposition attracts businesses of a certain mindset, in particular growth orientated dealers. When sitting down with some of our newer Office Friendly members they tell us time and again about the value they gain in being part of our community. With so many progressive dealers in the UK today the future is bright for the business supplies industry.”
The refresh also welcomes the launch of a new website, built entirely in-house by the group’s Kascaid marketing team.
Office Friendly’s new website showcases its services and gives member businesses more resources offering tools and information to learn, develop and stay informed. The site gives an overview as to the services members benefit from for those looking to partner with a dealer group. It’s also the gateway for the group’s free training and development hub, Pioneer.
