Nemo Office Club has rebranded its support for retail members with the launch of the Retail Centre, a programme that provides all the traditional marketing and point of sale offerings, but also identifies new opportunities and overall business support for retailers.
Alan Calder, Marketing Manager said, “as Office Club, and subsequently, since joining with Nemo, we have always offered an industry-leading Point of Sale programme backed up with the tools to utilise the themes and campaigns instore. However, over the past two years, it has become apparent that there is much more we could and should be doing to help our retail members, initially get through the pandemic, and now look to bounce back stronger than ever.
“Our Point of Sale offering remains comprehensive and has increased in flexibility, including a new website from which dealers can order online – with free credits available to spend on items the benefits are immediate. In addition, we are finding that many members have taken a real hit in confidence with the various lockdowns and need more support than previously. To help with that we are offering all members a free ‘shop doctor’ consultation to review how they present and manage their shop from a consumer’s perspective – a secret shopper without the secrecy.”
Despite all of that, the difficulties faced by high street shops and retail, in general, cannot be ignored and Nemo Office Club is working with members to add new products and services to their offering.
Alan added, “the benefit of being in a group is the ability to share knowledge and draw on each other’s experiences which we are making more accessible with the launch of a new retail Google Group, and we are also providing the tools for retail shops to tap into the potential available from the new age of hybrid working and potential business accounts.”
Nemo Office Club will host its delayed annual conference on 29-30th April at which there will be business sessions aimed at identifying new opportunities for the retail members.
