The EMGE cut-size industry survey for 2015 has again named Mondi as number one in mill performance for their Uncoated Fine Paper mills.
Mondi's brand awareness also scored high with their Color Copy, IQ, and MAESTRO brands all taking up a slot in the top ten in Europe.
Johannes Klumpp, Marketing & Sales Director at Mondi said, "being ranked first in Europe in the performance ratings for reliability of delivery – the most important factor according to the survey – product range and innovative marketing approach, is a testament to our firm focus on customer needs and our continued drive to innovate and do things better."
The international packaging and paper group also went on to score highest in Russia for its Uncoated Fine Paper's outstanding customer service. Johannes added, "we aim to continue to excel at what is important to our customers: reliable delivery of the right products at the right time and excellent customer service, every day."
The EMGE survey looks at company image of white cut-size paper mills and mill brands in Europe and reports the findings of an interview survey amongst trade experts and this year it was Mondi's Uncoated Fine Paper that took centre stage.
