Maped Helix certified as a Great Place to Work

Maped Helix is celebrating being officially recognised as one of the UK’s best places to work. The company was certified by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work.

To achieve this award, Maped Helix’s 35 UK employees were surveyed over a two-week period and a culture audit was carried out. Data was then gathered about the workplace’s culture, programmes, and practices, and a score was allocated.

Gray Richmond, Maped Helix Managing Director said, “we have always strived to be a great place to work but to have this officially confirmed by the global authority on workplaces is fantastic.

“Not only have we achieved certification, but we’re also thrilled to have smashed the expected first-year score of between 50 and 60 per cent, achieving an overall engagement score of 87 per cent.

“We work hard at Maped Helix but our culture is about more than putting in the hours and going home. To know that staff enjoy their work and feel valued, engaged, and fulfilled is what it’s all about.”

Sue Rhodes, Accounts Manager, who has worked at Maped Helix for 32 years added, “it’s no surprise to me that Maped Helix has been named as a best place to work.

“I am proud to work for such a supportive and motivational company. I look forward to many more years, working here as a member of the Maped Helix family.”
