Konica Minolta partners with Digital Office Services

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has announced its new partnership with East Midlands-based Digital Office Services (DOS). The partnership provides customers in the region with new options to purchase Konica Minolta products and source locally based accredited expert servicing, whilst DOS's existing customers benefit from greater choice in managed print and digital solutions from the manufacturer.

Following initial discussions, it was clear that Konica Minolta would be the ideal partner to assist Digital Office Services with its market growth and development plans.

Steve Critchley, Director at Digital Office Services said, "We are delighted to be joining forces with Konica Minolta to deliver even wider choice in the premier print and digital solutions on offer to our customers. This is all backed up by our expert team of trained and accredited service engineers, along with direct support from the manufacturer.

"We were looking to expand our range, particularly the production print offering, and Konica Minolta's deservedly respected products are perfectly placed to do this. The company has been incredibly open and supportive in developing this relationship from the very beginning, with a clear focus on supporting customers and growing our market share together."

Neil Hamilton, UK Channel Development Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd said, "Steve and the team have built an exceptional business, which is firmly established and has a well-deserved reputation for sales and supports excellence. Now is the perfect time for DOS to widen its portfolio and proposition with enhanced print and digital solutions from Konica Minolta." He adds, "We are excited to be working together to offer customers new opportunities, choices and the best professional support."

Steve added, "We work with customers across numerous sectors, and whilst some have slowed down during the pandemic, many areas such as production print and plastics manufacturers, have thrived. This diversity of customers, across a broad range of sectors, is a key component of our success and central to our growth plans in partnership with Konica Minolta.

"Expert print and digital solutions services will be key components in rebuilding the economy. We are primed to help and support our customers with their current and future needs."
