Konftel is launching sales of the Konftel 800. The new conference phone is based on a new platform that offers a whole host of innovative features, with a sharp focus on audio quality, ease of use and design.
According to analyst firm Frost & Sullivan, we have gone from having one conference room for every 75 employees to ten employees per room now, and their forecast is that within five years there will be a meeting room for every five employees. We are also holding shorter meetings, they take place more often, are more unplanned and involve fewer participants, and we often want to be able to use video. All this demands the utmost flexibility and simplicity, while never compromising on sound quality. The Konftel 800, and the related Konftel C50800 Hybrid video solution address these challenges.
Peter Renkel, CEO of Konftel said, "we've been developing conference phones for more than 30 years, but I don't think we've ever satisfied a clear market need as successfully as we have with the Konftel 800. The market has plainly been crying out for a well-designed and flexible conference phone that can easily grow to fit its context."

Torbjörn Karlsson, Product Manager at Konftel added, "this unusual versatility, combined with multi-connection, is extremely important in ensuring flexibility and convenience for our customers. We're seeing meeting rooms and offices, even working practices, change at an incredible pace. So, it's essential to invest in solutions that can grow and adapt to changing needs and offer a sustainable investment for the long term."
The new Konftel 800 conference phone is on sale now and the accompanying video solution will be available during the fourth quarter.
