The Remote IT and Security Management (RITSM) certification will help learners gain all the knowledge they need to have a successful career in technology in a matter of weeks.

For beginners, the Foundations course provides a broad overview of products and supports IT and security management over 12 hours. More experienced learners can complete the 40-hour Professional program, which includes real-life simulations in demo environments in addition to more in-depth knowledge.
Once they complete the course, individuals can access employment opportunities with Kaseya and its MSP customers. Kaseya also offers a service to find employees who match with MSPs looking to expand their workforce. Further, MSPs that are powered by Kaseya can use the RITSM course as a powerful tool for onboarding and upskilling current employees.
