Integra Business Solutions has reported further success of its recently launched ‘i-merge’ initiative, a confidential service aimed at Dealer Principals looking to either buy or sell a dealership.
Integra has already supported 16 independent dealers in taking the next step in the business lifecycle with Cowans Group being the latest to complete a successful merger with B.O.S Sales (office equipment) Ltd by utilising the all-encompassing i-merge service.
Launched in February this year, the initiative identifies the problem of static growth and ongoing business failures within the industry by finding and matching companies and by providing a highly confidential, flexible and professional service, underpinned by an expert team with extensive knowledge in the Merger and Acquisition arena.
