Ingram Micro Cloud and Nerdio partner to ease transition to cloud

Ingram Micro Cloud has announced that Nerdio, who provides IT automation services for managed service providers (MSPs) and its customers, is now available across all of its platforms.

Since signing an agreement in January 2020, Nerdio joins Ingram Micro Cloud's existing portfolio of cloud services. In addition, Nerdio enables MSPs to automatically provision a complete Microsoft Azure IT environment within two hours. Once set up, ongoing management is extremely easy, as the majority of tasks can be managed from a central portal by non-engineers in just three clicks or less.

Providers are able to choose from three plans and Nerdio's cost estimator makes pricing Microsoft Azure simple, quick and error-free. Azure resources, including servers and desktops, automatically scale up or down, so customers only pay for what's truly needed. So far, the partnership has proven to be key in helping to ensure that partners are onboarded swiftly and efficiently.

Chris Reynolds, IaaS General Manager at Ingram Micro Cloud said, "the Nerdio partnership is designed to help our partners leverage the growing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) opportunity in the UK market, and is available via our Cloud Marketplace. It's an excellent partnership that we're excited to build."

Joseph Landes, Chief Revenue Officer at Nerdio added, "we're excited to partner with Ingram Micro in the UK market and join Ingram Micro Cloud Azure partners in building their IaaS practices. Empowering MSPs to build a successful cloud practice in Microsoft Azure is Nerdio's mission and we are looking forward to making it easier for every partner in the UK to deploy, price, manage, and optimise their customers in Azure.

"We're also working with Ingram Micro Cloud in Australia and New Zealand to empower their partners to build successful cloud practices with Nerdio for Azure which is designed to enable the easy deployment, management, pricing, and optimisation of Microsoft Azure."
