Infinigate Group acquires D2B Informatique

Infinigate Group, a Value-Added Distributor (VAD) of Cyber Security solutions in Europe, has acquired D2B Informatique. D2B Informatique will bring its expertise in cybersecurity infrastructure and established relationships to enhance Infinigate’s scale, reach and capabilities. Founded in 1989, the company has a consolidated position in France with more than 1,200 resellers.

A key objective for the Infinigate Group is to continue to build its European market presence with a focus on providing hands-on business enablement for partners, through pre-and post-sales services, training, and proactive new lead generation, combined with specialist cyber security expertise.

Patric Berger General Manager of Infinigate France said, “the growing demand from businesses for technologies which address cyber security challenges quickly, easily and with predictable costs means that we are well-positioned for further growth, with our focus on customer centricity and subscription services. We are looking forward to working together with our new colleagues to build opportunities at a time when the need for specialist solutions and expertise is greater than ever.”

Klaus Schlichtherle CEO, Infinigate Group said, “the acquisition of D2B provides exactly the right foundation from which we will continue to build our market share, with the SMB sector. D2B Informatique’s proven capabilities and expertise align well with our own and we know we are not only joining forces with some great talent and knowledge but also opening up some exciting opportunities for further growth.”

Yves Boccara General Manager D2B Informatique France added, “Infinigate Group has established a reputation as a real leader in its sector and we’re looking forward to our next chapter and to working with a team that places excellence and building trusted relationships at the heart of its operations.”
