Exertis has announced the restructuring of some key staff in its UK finance team. Gary Hollington will become Business Transformation Director and Chris Banks will be stepping up to replace Gary as Group Financial Controller.
Gary will focus on optimising front and back-office business processes ensuring that they are easily scalable, driving operational efficiencies, and enabling the provision of timely and quality decision-support information.
He said, “operational excellence is a key part of the Exertis strategy, and I am delighted that I will be able to support the delivery of this through the Business Transformation Director role. For me, it’s a great opportunity to widen my knowledge base in Exertisand apply my previous transformation experience to help our business spend less time looking internally, and more time supporting our vendors and customers.”
