Exertis has announced an exclusive agreement with Moleskine to provide its Smart Writing System to retailers and resellers. The Smart Writing System includes a Paper Tablet Smart Notebook, Smart Diary/Planner, the Moleskine Notes app and a Smart pen, enabling users to bridge their paper notebooks to their digital devices.
The Paper Tablet features specialised Ncode paper (available in dotted, ruled and plain), enabling the Smart pen to make and track notes or sketches. Work can be recorded in real-time and once synced to the Moleskine Notes app, it can be uploaded instantly, edited and shared in digital format. Audio can be added and there's a transcription option. A small email symbol in the top right-hand corner of each page, enables the user to send notes to other people simply by pointing the pen's camera at it and the Moleskine Notes app creates an email with a PDF file ready to send. The app works with iOS and Android tablets and phones, and on Windows 10 desktops. The Moleskine Smart Planner syncs appointments to Google and other digital calendars.
Matthew Balcombe, Exertis Unlimited, Commercial Director said, "Moleskine has a reputation for creativity and innovation and the Smart Writing System is testament to that. Ideal for those who are constantly on the move, it brings your notebooks and digital devices together seamlessly. We believe our retail and e-tail customers will find this a great product to range leading up to the busy Christmas period."
Francesco Lepre, Moleskine, Managing Director EMEA added, "we are very pleased about the partnership with Exertis to promote our Smart Writing System with their range of consumer services and their connection with key retailers and on-line companies. The system has great appeal, not only to fans of Moleskine but also to a wide range of users that want to combine paper with digital in an easy to use and efficient manner."
