Enreach UK has been shortlisted for its Customer Experience (CX) transformation at The UK Customer Experience Awards 2022 by demonstrating outstanding CX improvements across the business. The event is due to be held at Wembley this October, where it will be judged by independent and industry-recognised CX professionals.
It is the first time Enreach UK has entered the CX awards after rebranding from Network Telecom in 2019. Enreach recognises the significance of customer experience, and the importance of paying attention and determining exactly what each customer requires. With a primary focus on customer experience, Enreach is a people-first company that actively promotes talent and confidence amongst its employees.
