Enreach extends range of IT support services

Telecommunications specialists, Enreach UK has further extended its range of IT support services to deliver greater protection for SME customers against cyber threats and other security issues.

The new services, IT Security, and IT Remote Support are designed to provide greater peace of mind for small businesses with limited time and internal resources to detect and counter the increasing volume and complexity of online threats.

Duncan Ward, Chief Executive Officer of Enreach UK said, “We see this very much as the next step on our journey towards becoming the UK’s leading partner for converged contact solutions.

“While we’re best known for telephony solutions, these are inextricably linked to other communications tools and IT systems. This extension of our IT offering reflects the growing number and type of cyber threats facing our customers and allows them to benefit more fully from our expertise in offsetting these threats and keeping key systems up and running.”

The IT Security offering comprises a 24/7/ 365 managed service, suitable for both traditional and hybrid work environments, which will identify any areas of vulnerability and then recommend and implement solutions. Proactive monitoring, management, and reporting are available to counter more complex issues, providing complete cover for businesses of all types.

IT Remote Support allows customers to benefit from advice and expertise at any time, with Enreach’s in-house experts able to access individual computers and networks and perform diagnostic or remedial tasks.

Any customer subscribing to either of the new services will automatically have access to Enreach’s standard everyday monitoring service which keeps key devices and IT infrastructure operational.

Through this, Enreach effectively acts as a bolt-on IT department, proactively monitoring customers’ infrastructure, networks, and devices 24/7/365 as needed, keeping systems running smoothly and so enabling customers to focus on other areas of their business.
