Managed Services Provider, DMC Canotec, has announced its acquisition of Kent based First Office Systems, as part of a continued commitment to growth.
The latest acquisition is DMC Canotec's third is as many years and looks to broaden the portfolio of managed services to document management solutions, managed print services, IT managed services and telecoms.

The acquisition will also increase DMC Canotec's MIF (Machines in Field) and expand the service provision into Kent and Sussex.
