Develop has launched version 3.0 of its store+find document management solution for the Develop ineo range of multifunctional devices.
Using store+find, data can be archived from scanned or electronic documents and easily retrieved for further work, review or follow-up, using OCR text, tags, and metadata. The latest version 3.0 provides new approval, follow-up and information workflows and more metadata fields that all make document management even more efficient.
As well as improvements to the feature set and interface, there are changes to the product licensing. store+find v3.0 is now available on one to five-year licenses covering all of a company’s Develop ineo devices and for an unlimited number of users, with up to 20 users able to access the application concurrently. The server-licensing pricing model rather than user-licensing makes store+find a much more cost-effective solution for collaborative working within SMEs.
