Dams has given its www.dams.com company website a refresh for 2019, re-designed with a modern new look, user-friendly navigation and updated with the latest company news and product information.
The re-designed site offers quick and easy access to essential information and features while offering a more comprehensive understanding of Dams core competencies, company services and customer support, all with a fully responsive design allowing users to access the site on desktops, tablets and mobiles.
There is a company history of Dams from the early days in 1967, through to becoming the largest full range manufacturer of office furniture in the UK, along with an overview of the many delivery services and marketing support that Dams offer customers, a product overview, copies of the latest Dams brochures and details of the very latest news and activity in the business.
Chris Scott, Managing Director said, “at Dams we have always taken customer care very seriously and we have conducted a series of informal research programmes over the last year, talking and listening to our customers. The results have influenced the new Dams website design and content. Our customers want to see how we are innovating and improving our products and customer service. The new, re-designed website is the natural next step.”
For Dams trade customers, the MyDams customer portal has been developed to bring all product details, images, stock information, customised promotion flyers and sales quotes together into a single place that’s easy to manage. There have also been some exciting new updates to MyDams which have gone live in the last few months.
The new Downloads section allows users to download files quickly and easily. In the product library on the individual product pages there’s now a feature to create a single page pdf product data sheet for all products. Dams also have a huge library of promotion flyers and literature available to personalise with a company logo, contact information and pricing details.
