Daisy achieves Diamond Status in RingCentral Reach Partner Program

Daisy Corporate Services (Daisy), a provider of end-to-end IT solutions, has achieved Diamond status in the RingCentral Reach partner program.

Daisy was able to achieve this status by proving its ability to understand large-scale, complex enterprise needs and create bespoke solutions to address them, often by using RingCentral products. As a Certified Delivery Partner for RingCentral in the UK, Daisy brings RingCentral’s unified communications and contact centre solutions to businesses around the world.

Lee Hunwick, Head of Unified Communications at Daisy said, “We’re excited to achieve the highest level of partner accreditation with RingCentral. Customers today are demanding future-proofed unified communications solutions that enable them to deliver best-in-class digital experiences to employees and customers. As a Diamond partner, we can extend our professional services offering, including technical design, integrations, and training, to build on the fantastic joint customer success we have achieved in the last 12 months.”

This new accolade recognises Daisy as having both the resources and expertise to efficiently support organisations with RingCentral migrations from start to finish. Partners with Diamond status are valued for their proven success in helping companies of all sizes achieve greater business success using RingCentral’s leading unified communications as a service (UCaaS) and contact centre as a service (CCaaS) products, often as part of a larger solution.

Zane Long, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales at RingCentral added, “RingCentral Reach partners play a critical role in identifying opportunities for businesses to streamline their communications. As a Diamond partner, Daisy has demonstrated the impact this can have on its customers. We appreciate their partnership and look forward to driving continued success together.”
