IT infrastructure service provider, Computacenter, has reached the standards required for ServiceNow’s Gold Partner accreditation for Sales.
Computacenter is the first ServiceNow partner in EMEA to hold the top tier gold status for ServiceNow Sales and Service, alongside existing accreditations for the ServiceNow Training and Technology programs.
The ServiceNow Sales Program is designed to recognise partners that deliver significant contribution through subscription sales. The criteria for accreditation also places a heavy emphasis on ServiceNow’s Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics, which Computacenter has consistently delivered on.
Computacenter’s subsidiary TeamUltra, acquired in Spring 2017, has been able to meet the criteria for revenue, trained sales personnel and areas of ServiceNow expertise. With TeamUltra, the IT provider has consistently demonstrated its ability to sell the broadest range of ServiceNow products and applications to help customers navigate through the complex challenges of today’s digital transformation processes.
