BT has announced several new initiatives around its Wholesale Hosted Communications (WHC) portfolio to increase support for and capabilities of its channel partners.
To enable channel partners to provide for a growing range of new customers and requirements, while also maximising their own business performance, BT Wholesale has introduced special offers. The move reflects the flexibility required throughout the entire channel ecosystem in the current climate with the growing demand for remote and mobile working. They include:
- Making Softphones available for existing users to work flexibly from anywhere using PC’s, Tablets and Smartphones from 1st November 2020 to the 31st March 2020.
- Offering up to a 50% reduction on new Centrex Core User Licences and a reduced rate on new SIP Mobile User Licences so companies can use the service to build flexible solutions to enable their remote workforce.
- Incentives to make a permanent leap from Legacy services to flexible WHC IP solutions.
The offers are not limited to existing BT Wholesale customers, with offers also available for new customers enabling BT Wholesale partners to provide flexible solutions so businesses can keep operating in these challenging times.
Gavin Jones, BT Wholesale Channel Sales Director said, “we understand that our channel partners are experiencing a complex juggling act. They are servicing existing customers with evolving needs and are looking to provide for new customers, all the while keeping their own businesses moving forward.
“We’ve taken steps to ease pressures, enabling them to service growing customer bases with access to our WHC portfolio which provides the tools required for workplace collaboration and enhanced business performance, particularly important in this continued remote working climate.”
