Bespoke manufactured delivery vehicle added to Renz fleet

Renz (UK) Limited have taken delivery of a new bespoke manufactured delivery vehicle following a sustained growth in sales of their Renz Ring Wire Spools. The company says that the new vehicle will result in significant fuel efficiencies, greatly increased delivery capabilities, a 35% plus reduction in CO2 emissions and will enable the company to be fully self-sufficient when delivering all permutations of Renz machinery orders to customer's premises or during build up and breakdown at UK exhibitions, product showcases and other partner events.

The internal capacity of the 3.5 tonne vehicle has been designed to transport seven full pallets of Renz Ring Wire Spools (112 spools) at a time. The company's existing 3.5 tonne long wheel base sprinter transports just four pallets (64 spools) at a time. This will result in significant delivery efficiencies when delivering large scheduled Ring Wire Spool orders to customers around the UK.

Iain Bullock, Managing Director at Renz (UK) Limited said "I was determined to see if we could become significantly more efficient, environmentally clean and self-sufficient by finding a new 3.5 tonne vehicle (so that no additional staff driving licences were required) that would suit our needs. We were determined to have enough internal capacity in the vehicle to not only significantly increase the spool quantity that we could deliver in one drop but also to be self-sufficient having the ability to carry all permutations of Renz equipment when delivering to customer installations or various UK exhibitions, showcases & partner events.
