• Adventoris welcomes Fellowes amongst new clients

        • Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, Adventoris has welcomed three new office supplies clients as an increasing number of firms set out to digitise their processes and improve customer communication following the pandemic.

Since January, Adventoris has won a total of 24 new clients across multiple sectors, with a particular uptake in the office supplies sector, onboarding industry leaders, including Fellowes UK, onto its SwiftCloud platform, a mobile B2B software that revolutionises the way companies make sales and engage with their customers.

The pandemic has accelerated the progression of digitisation, disrupting traditional sales routes, and forcing firms to find new ways of working to keep operating during this uncertain period.

Those that have digitised their sales processes have been benefitting from improved efficiencies for their teams as well as their customers. Customer sales for many have increased by 100 per cent and customers have also saved up to 50 per cent in the time taken to input an order.

James Clarkson, CEO of Adventoris said, “We are delighted to welcome so many businesses on board and are keen to help bring their digital strategies to life via our SwiftCloud platform.

“We have clients who have seen customers double their turnover once they have digitised. It opens up opportunities where businesses can truly optimise their sales, not to mention providing a robust and resilient sales process that can withstand the disruption of external factors such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.”

SwiftCloud allows businesses to offer a fully branded mobile app to its customers, allowing them to place orders, receive promotions, use shopping lists, add favourite items, create repeat orders, scan barcodes, and receive push notifications. The sales orders are then imported automatically into the client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (EPR) system.

The app is customisable to a client’s own branding and makes the overall sales and ordering process more efficient.

Richard Chandler at Fellowes UK added, “the effects of the pandemic have only spurred us on to adapt the way we work. Having a digital presence for customer ordering has become vital and that need will only grow as more and more businesses adopt new technology in the future.

“Working closely with Adventoris, Fellowes is set to launch apps in their Spain, Italy and Netherlands markets and we are excited to start the process here working with the UK project team and be able to deliver significant efficiencies and beneficial features to their customers.”
