• Xerox retains leadership position for channel managed print services (MPS)

        • Xerox has continued to hold its leadership position for channel managed print services (MPS), according to the latest report by analyst research group, Quocirca.

          Xerox’s MPS offerings address the needs of both large enterprise and small- to medium-size business (SMB) customers facing the challenges of digital transformation today. From workflow automation to analytics, Xerox helps customers reach sustainability goals, gain greater visibility and control of document processes and costs, and improve security through the latest authentication, encryption and virus protection technology.

          Highlights from the Quocirca report included:

          ·        The newly launched Xerox MPS Essentials Suite that provides channel partners with a packaged software suite and bundled pricing that will help them create recurring revenue streams and strengthen their MPS business.  

          ·        Xerox’s enhanced security solutions that address the growing focus for organisations of all sizes to have a comprehensive corporate security strategy that provides proactive protection against incoming threats.

          ·        The multi-vendor device support XPPS, Xerox’s comprehensive, cloud-based, managed print services offering for SMBs.

          ·        The Xerox Personalised Application Builder (PAB) platform that provides a model to customized software development, allowing PAB developers to both build ConnectKey apps customized to service their own customers or create apps that can be sold in support of a new revenue stream.
