Xeretec scoops two awards at Xerox Partner Congress

The Xeretec Group has been awarded with two accolades at the annual Xerox Partner Congress. Xeretec was honoured with the Platinum Concessionaire Partner of the Year Award and also Xeretec was named Xerox Finance Partner of the Year.

The Platinum Concessionaire Partner of the Year Award came in recognition of an 'exceptional' year which saw Xeretec deliver 19 per cent revenue growth, surpassing its performance in 2016. It also achieved many new business wins in entry A4, mid-range and both light and advanced production devices. The company continued to demonstrate benchmark XPPS (Xerox Partner Print Services) results and increased its leadership as Xerox's largest Concessionaire Partner in Europe.

The Finance Partner of the Year accolade rewards Xeretec's success in rising to and overcoming the challenges presented in 2017, by writing the largest number and highest value of contracts with Xerox Finance. Xeretec achieved 82 per cent volume growth and 70 per cent penetration growth, finishing the year as the number one Xerox Finance partner.

Steve Hawkins, Xeretec Group's Chief Executive said, "2017 was a significant year for Xeretec as it set the foundation for our future from a service, solutions and team perspective. What hasn't changed is our on-going commitment to Xerox's long-term success, which is reflected with our performance in 2017. These awards are a tribute to our staff, the quality of customer service they delivered and the excellence of their technical skills and industry knowledge. The awards endorse the ethics and innovation that characterise Xeretec today and in the future."
