Westcoast achieves Authorised Learning Partner status

Westcoast has announced it has become accredited as a Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Authorised Learning Partner.

Westcoast is now accredited to deliver HPE sales certification courses on behalf of HPE, in an instructor-led training environment. Its Authorised Learning Partner status, enables Westcoast to offer knowledge credits to qualified partners who attend their courses, helping them to maintain partner status and associated benefits.

Paul Harman, Solutions Director, Westcoast said, "this is great news for both Westcoast and the channel. It means we can add a significant value to the HPE partner community. Our partners can now benefit from the best instructor-led courses in the business as they look to grow their knowledge of the HPE portfolio and related services, and increase their HPE 'Partner Ready' status."

Business Development Managers at Westcoast have already delivered courses throughout 2016, and are currently reviewing the newest sales certification courses ready to deliver in house, ahead of their release. The team will also run a series of bespoke onsite courses for whole sales teams of a number of resellers.

David Martin, Enterprise Sales Manager, Westcoast said, "only HPE Authorised Learning Partners that meet HPE's exacting standards are allowed to deliver the approved courseware and content that meets the level of competency required to pass HPE certification exams. Being able to provide the sales certification courses further underpins Westcoast's standing as the go-to HPE distributor for the UK channel."

Lee Hughes, VP Channel, Alliances & Service Providers, HPE UK&I added, "this represents a great achievement by one of our leading HPE distributors for the UK and Ireland. Westcoast Enterprise Solutions are positioning themselves at the forefront to help manage their own partner's transformation journeys along with helping to accelerate the end customers' growth aspirations."
