• UTAX (UK) signs up Partner on Isle of Man

        • UTAX (UK) Ltd is has announced that they have signed a new exclusive Partnership Agreement with the leading Isle of Man commercial supplier of print services and stationary, BRIDSON & HORROX.

          Originally established as a traditional print company in the Isle of Man, Bridson & Horrox were among the first companies to install a digital capability and recently recognised the need for a new generation of secure, networked MFDs that could be easily integrated into an existing network, or become part of a managed print service infrastructure.

          Darren Horrox, managing director of the Bridson & Horrox Group (pictured) said: “The Isle of Man is an important centre of a well-regarded and highly regulated offshore financial industry, as well as being home to a number of IT service companies. We know there was a growing need for the provision of MFDs and Managed Print Solutions which can be both networked and secure, and which are also cost-effective. The ability we now have to offer MPS, tailored exactly to the needs of a business utilising the multiple functions of the entire UTAX range, and based on a detailed analysis of the Total Cost of Ownership will, we believe, show potential clients savings of up to 30 per cent or more. Technical, service and sales support were important in our decision-making and for this reason UTAX (UK) stood out as our partner of choice.”

          Darren also believes that software solutions, many of which are increasingly bespoke for individual companies, will prove a major benefit to clients: “The solutions offered by UTAX are essential in not only ending wasteful print room habits, but in providing a secure environment at both local and cloud level.
