• Two new Executive VP appointments for Xerox


          Xerox has announced the appointments of Joanne Collins Smee as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial, SMB and Channels Officer, and Mary McHugh as Executive Vice President and Chief Delivery and Supply Chain Officer.

          In Joanne’s newly created role, she reports to John Visentin, vice chairman and CEO of Xerox. Joanne joined Xerox in September 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer and has spearheaded the development of Xerox’s software and services strategy. 

          John Visentin said, “Joanne is a proven business leader and technologist. Under her leadership, Xerox has made progress growing our software business and introducing a new line of digital services. To further support Xerox’s growth, Joanne and her team will focus on delivering innovative and faster-to-market workplace solutions for small to midsize businesses (SMB) and channel partners.” 

          Joanne said, “We see the fast-growing SMB market and indirect channels as major plays for Xerox. Customers are seeking new workplace solutions that make their everyday work better. We’ve invested in new offerings that address these needs, enabling both Xerox and partners to capitalise on this growth opportunity.”

          In Mary’s new role, she will report to Steve Bandrowczak, President and Chief Operations Officer of Xerox. 

          Mary joined Xerox in June 2018 as Chief Delivery Officer, leading both the company’s global service delivery mission and the operations for the equipment and toner manufacturing sites.

          Steve Bandrowczak said, “last year, we began working to implement a frictionless, high-velocity supply chain to increase flexibility and responsiveness and improve customer service. By bringing the supply chain together with delivery and manufacturing under Mary’s leadership, we will drive additional cost and productivity synergies while ensuring end-to-end systems that provide better customer service.”

          Mary added, “by further improving the speed and responsiveness of our supply chain, we will be even better positioned to serve our clients. As customer expectations evolve, we will continue to refine how we deliver and service their needs, ensuring we make every day work better for them.”
