ECi Software Solutions has announced that Trudy Greygoose has joined the company and will assume the senior consultant role, for the office products division of ECi in Europe.
Trudy joins ECi with more than 27 years’ experience in the No office supplies industry, working in OP dealerships. Having worked for Progress clients including Garner Bennett T&H Office, JG Fenn and, more recently, for a dealer who used Prima, Trudy says she is aware of the challenges faced by the dealer community, and understands how to get software working well in a business
She said, “I have pretty much grown up in the industry and know ECi well. From my own experience I would say that ECi’s software solutions are head and shoulders above the competition and still, by far, the number-one choice for dealers. Their powerful end-to-end software platforms really will substantially reduce operational costs and improve margins, and I look forward to working with dealers to help them get the most out of their software investment.”
