        • Three award nominations for Virtualstock

Virtualstock (VS), the technology company that has developed a completely new way of allowing data to flow between any network of systems and platforms, has been nominated for three major awards.

The company has been named as finalists for Most Disruptive Retail Technology in the Retail Systems Awards, Supply Chain Innovation Project of the Year in the Retail Week Supply Chain Awards (for its Tesco dropship portal) and Best Innovation in Ecommerce Delivery/Logistics in the Ecommerce Awards for Excellence 2014.

Earlier this year, the VS Team was also awarded 'Little British Battler' status by Tech Market View in light of the proven success in taking on and winning contracts against larger competitors.

VS co-founder Ed Bradley says: "The team has worked very hard for this recognition and we are particularly delighted to be picked out for the two areas that really sum up our business identity - innovation and disruption. We've built our reputation for punching above our weight against larger competitors by disrupting the status quo and being more innovative than our larger peers, so to be recognised in these areas is incredibly rewarding."

Awards winners will be announced in September and October.

Founded in 2004, The VS Team 's market-leading solution, The Edge, is now used by clients including Tesco, Office Depot, Kiddicare and Bear Grylls. For more information go to: www.virtualstock.co.uk
