Taking on the print sector
Dealer group Integra has added two major new services to its wide-ranging portfolio for members for 2013
This month saw the launch of another major service from dealer group Integra. The W3P Print Solution deal is exclusively for members and has been launched in conjunction with a company called Printing.com, a leading online print provider. Both companies say it's an exciting development.
Integra's Creative Director, Andrew Prosser says it also gives members a competitive edge. "Not only will Printing.com's W3P solution enable members wanting to step their toe in the water to confidently manage the print buying and ordering process but it will also give members with print as part of their current offering the ability to extend their services with a professional, streamlined online solution."
The Printing.com's W3P solution allows Integra members to manage and process print jobs online. They can now grow their businesses by offering print as part of their overall service or to enhance their current print solution.
Chis Lowe, Regional Director at Printing.com says: "We see this as an exciting opportunity for every Integra dealer - high quality, lithographic print product range at the dealer's fingertips is just the starting point. The web-2-print functionality opens doors with large corporates and multisite or multi departmental businesses that were
previously reserved for only the big boys to approach. Easy for clients to use and easy for the dealer to set up - it's a no-brainer."
A full training programme is provided for Integra dealers, together with sales support material to launch their extensive W3P print solution.
W3P uses the latest technology, not only positioning Integra members ahead of their
competitors but also enabling them to handle print online more cost effectively and efficiently. Using the Flyerlink® system, members can streamline and manage the sales process from point of order to point of delivery, enabling each order to be tracked by everyone from sales to production and finance. Sophisticated tools also enable the dealer to interact with their customers online via private portals.
W3P also allows members to securely proof print jobs online and manage customer's
documents. Members will also have access to an extensive library of over 11,000 online design agency standard templates across a wide range of business sectors and printed products. Customers have the ability to upload their existing artwork and the automatic pre-flighting software helps the dealer correctly format files, streamlining the whole processes.
W3P incorporates 'marketplace', which features a range of 3,000+ litho print products (business cards, leaflets, flyers, letterheads and the like) at competitive trade prices, giving members an additional sales opportunity and easy online management from order through to print and delivery for the dealer and the client.
Prosser adds: "Print is an incredibly competitive market and members are looking to take costs out of the process whilst extending their services to further grow their print business. W3P can help members achieve that. In addition, monthly discounted offers enable dealers to promote specific products to win new business."
Integra Creative will support the Printing.com partnership by providing a design service for those members who don't have access to freelance or internal design capabilities.
Members can find out more about Integra's partnership with Printing.com by visiting www.integra-office.co.uk. Printing.com will also be hosting webinars for members to see W3P in action and to understand how it fits within their current business model.
Another new Integra service
Integra has also just rolled out a new, free, managed email marketing service for members utilising the group's email and print software, Inprint. This is an extension to the bespoke managed service currently offered to members.
The new service will see supplier, wholesaler and initiative brand promotions automatically pushed out to customers of opted in members.
Members will need to be subscribed to the groups print and email marketing solution, Inprint, on the Platinum module, however, there will be no additional monthly subscription charges.
The group says that key Integra supply partners will benefit from the new Intouch Easy programme, seeing their promotions land directly with the consumer and with top line reporting for them to measure the coverage of their campaigns.
Aidan McDonough, Integra's Managing Director, says: "Intouch Easy gives us the
opportunity to maximise the effectiveness of supplier and wholesaler promotions. Members who opt in will have the advantage of getting campaigns out to their customers without having to resource themselves.
"For some time now we have been working with members on a one to one managed service basis through our Intouch programme. This can incorporate the planning, designing and implementing of emarketing campaigns depending on a dealer's specific requirements. The main difference with Intouch Plus is the ability for us to automatically send out a promotion to multiple member mailing lists on behalf of our key partners."
Printing.com plc produces printed materials for local businesses and personal use. Set
up in 1994, CEO Tony Rafferty started out making flyers for night club owners. Since then, the company has constantly expanded and innovated. It now has studios in the UK, Ireland, France, New Zealand and the USA.
Printing.com offers a broad product range including leaflets, booklets, postcards,
promotional cards, invitations, letterheads and business cards to consumers and
small- and medium-sized companies.
