The Superstat Group has welcomed seven new members to the group with a combined turnover of £16.8m. The latest additions to the group have come on the back of a sustained recruitment campaign, focusing on its newest initiative, Insight.
The group has invested significant capital into INsight over the past year in order to make it great value for the dealers, and is employing it in its own offices too as a mark of its commitment to the new software. Insight is a combined sales and marketing solution, which focuses on invigorating the way dealers grow their sales, supporting supplier arrangements and new markets.
Richard Lockley, Sales Director at Superstat said, “we know that when marketing is led by sales, and sales follows on from marketing, the results are phenomenal, so this INsight software, which combines the two, is opening up real growth opportunities, and new recruits to the group are seeing that.
“The software, combined with our hands on approach to training, maximises every call that comes in and goes out of a dealers business. This work is then supported by an email marketing programme, which is designed and managed by the Superstat in-house design team.
“The emails themselves have been receiving really positive feedback too with customers and dealers both commenting on how great they look and how relevant the content is, which just confirms we’re on the right track.”
