Following a successful uptake on its last free sales training session, Superstat is holding a second session this Friday (11th December) at 11 am.
Designed to help dealers' salespeople to start the new year on a front foot, the session will look at ways to approach customers and prospects in the new world in which we live and work.
The session will be led by Superstat's training partner Tony Goodwin from Sandler training who already works with a number of the group's dealers to help them maximise results by perfecting their sales approach.
Chris Kemp, Superstat Dealer, Managing Director of Office Specialties said, "it is so important that we all have our teams well trained to sell in the new climate, thank you to Superstat for putting this on for us. We've seen a significant increase in staff motivation, and a couple of small things we've implemented form the training are making a positive impact in engagement with both our customers and prospects."
Richard Lockley, Sales Director said, "dealers tell us that they recognise the need for a new approach and that they want to help their people be the best they can be. This is a great opportunity for sales teams to get re-set their approach and be ready for a strong start to 2021."
